On this page you will find my extensive repertoire of songs, categorised into short inspiring lists to help guide you in song selection for your special day.

There are also example layouts of both a traditional church ceremony, and also a humanist/civil ceremony.

If there is any information that you cannot find on this page, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Church Ceremony Layout

Below is an example of typical church ceremony layout.

Have a browse through my extensive repertoire below or simply contact me if you're not sure where your chosen songs should go and I'd be happy to help!

Please be sure to consult with your priest or celebrant beforehand to check that your song choices are appropriate.

Entrance - 1 song (It’s possible to have one for the Bridesmaids’ entrance, and then a seperate one for the Bride if requested).

Lighting of the Candles - 1 short song/instrumental piece is best here, as only about 30/40 seconds is needed.

Psalm - 1 Traditional hymn (e.g. The Cloud’s Veil, On Eagle's Wings, Here I Am Lord, Be Not Afraid, How Great Thou Art etc.)

Gospel Acclamation/Alleluia - 1 short refrain (Any version of the gospel acclamation)

Unity Candle - 1 short song/instrumental piece, as again only about 30 seconds is needed.

Offertory - 1 Traditional Hymn (e.g. Ag Críost an Síol, Amazing Grace,  Down in the River to Pray)

Communion - 2 to 3 songs recommended, depending on amount of guests.

Communion Reflection: Most of the time this is read by someone close to the couple but if there is a song that is particularly important to you, it can be sung here.

Signing of the Register - 2 songs (These can be any songs you like, played in the background as the register is signed and sometimes as photo’s are taken)

Recessional - 1 song (e.g. An upbeat song as the newly-married couple exit the church!)
